UK shipping is free for all orders.
We do not ship internationally
If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns. Follow the guidelines below for returns.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return please do the following:
Complete the returns form below or email email@example.com. Please include the original order number and the reason for returning the item. Upon receiving your return request, we will contact you with return instructions including the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Provided the return is eligible, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within 15 working days.
The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
